PHSANZ 14th Annual Scientific Meeting
Two days, eight sponsors and a program built to move pulmonary hypertension care forward

For the third consecutive year, JC Events delivered the Pulmonary Hypertension Society of Australia and New Zealand (PHSANZ) Annual Scientific Meeting, held at the Emporium Hotel Brisbane on 23 and 24 October 2025.
The theme was Progress and Partnerships in Pulmonary Hypertension Care and the result was a fully coordinated two day program which brought together key opinion leaders, clinicians, nurses, researchers and industry partners from across Australia, New Zealand and overseas.
Coordinated a program spanning a registry session, a pulmonary hypertension masterclass, a facilitated poster session, and two full days of scientific plenary sessions
Secured and coordinated eight event sponsors, including Johnson & Johnson, MSD, Tectonic Therapeutic, Inservio Home, Gossamer Bio, ParagonCare, Liquidia, Pulmovant and Wesley Research Institute
Brought together international and local faculty, including expert presenters from Belgium and Saudi Arabia alongside leading Australian and New Zealand clinicians
Extended a partnership with PHSANZ that has run since 2022, now extending to Professional Association Management

How we delivered it:
JC Events liaised with the venue on all things operational from start to finish, including contract negotiation and sign off.
A dedicated custom built registration page with secure payment gateway with HTML confirmation and reminder emails to ensure delegates were well informed, hospitality arrangements, Audio Visual equipment, accommodation bookings, speaker coordination, sponsor acquisition and logistics, program scheduling, communications and branded materials were coordinated and managed across the full program.
On-site event management pulled all the necessary elements together to create a seamless experience for all who attended.

What it achieved:
