Thirty international IBD experts joined Cornerstones Health to attend Digestive Disease Week 2026 in Chicago, IL. Abstracts, presentations and late breaking studies were reviewed collaboratively and distilled into the Best of Digestive Disease Week in Inflammatory Bowel Disease meetings and webinars - a focused review of the advances most likely to shape IBD patient care.

Nationally recognised IBD experts provided a concise, practice-focused update of the most relevant research developments presented at DDW 2026 to local IBD specialists.

Event brief:

JC Events managed six events across Australia and New Zealand for Cornerstones Health: four in person dinner meetings in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Christchurch, and two national webinars.

The result was more than a series of educational meetings. It showed how JC Events can take a professional medical brief and deliver it consistently across locations and formats to build a cohesive community of shared knowledge, honouring the depth or credibility the program is known for. Each city had its own venue and audience, yet every attendee walked away with the same clear, practical picture of what matters most in IBD care.

JC Events managed every part of the guest journey from a single, custom built registration portal, through to the final event report. Venues were carefully selected to suit locally based IBD specialists, with menus, Audio Visual, branded materials and onsite logistics coordinated to a consistent standard across each location.
